The cooperation fostered between the Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries (VECONAC) Business Centre, and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces Veterans Association, PERWIRA, as well as Communication 21 Media Group Sendirian Berhad Malaysia is expected to build a robust Digital Ecosystem. The signing of the Strategic Alliance Agreement took place at Kampung Anggerek Desa.

The agreement reflects the commitment of both parties towards ensuring that the Digital Ecosystem is plugged into one of the world's most significant economic corridors, creating unprecedented market access and international economic fluidity.
